Only two things: the files you upload for a job (plan set, layout, profiles, and any setup files you choose to share) and an email address, so we can deliver your results and your private job links.

• Customer names — your internal job code is enough.
• Exact street addresses — a ZIP code or county covers the location-based load check.
• Prices, costs, or margins — if you share a connector inventory, send model and allowable loads only.

If a name or address happens to appear inside a plan you upload, it is covered by the same rules on this page: review use only, no sharing, automatic deletion.

• Files are used only to run the review you requested.
• Files are never shared with other customers or third parties.
• Files are never used to train AI models.
• Your plant's standards and stock list are used only for your reviews — they are never copied to another plant.

Every job's files are deleted automatically 30 days after delivery. The exact date is shown next to the job in your dashboard, and you can delete a job's files sooner, at any time, from the same page. Results you have already downloaded are yours to keep.

• Files move over an encrypted connection and are stored encrypted.
• Every job gets its own private upload and download links — long, unguessable addresses that only you receive. There is no public listing of jobs or files.
• Jobs are tracked by your job code, not by your customer's name.
