A second set of eyes on every truss package — before pricing or production.
Email us your plan set, truss layout, and profiles. We check the package against the plans and send back a summary plus a marked-up layout showing exactly what needs attention — before it costs you money in the shop or in the field.
How it works
Start a review
No account and no subscription — you pay per review, only for the packages you send.
Upload the package
Email us the job basics with the button above — we reply with a private way to send the plan set, truss layout, and profiles. Pick QUOTE for a preliminary pricing review or ORDER for a production release.
We run the review
Every sheet, schedule, and profile is checked against the plans — geometry, loads, hangers, and connections. Dimensions are measured from your drawing files and compared across the package — not eyeballed from a picture.
Download your results
A plain-language summary and a marked-up layout PDF, numbered to match, delivered through a private download link — ready for your designer to work from.
What we check
Geometry against the plans
Heels, overhangs, and ceiling and attic geometry — verified from the room dimensions on the plans, not just the spec table. Similar trusses are also compared against each other, so one truss that differs from its neighbors stands out.
Load path and balance
Bearing reactions are checked against the load each truss should carry, and the trusses hanging from a girder are checked against the point loads actually applied to it — so a load that never made it into the design gets flagged.
Loads
Design loads compared with the plan criteria, including a snow-load check for the project location and any special loads the plans call for.
Hangers and connections
Connector capacity for the load and lumber, and whether the connector physically fits where it has to go.
Girder loads on the layout
Bearing reactions written on the layout where the builder and the support designer need to see them.
Every sheet and schedule
The full plan set is swept sheet by sheet — special trusses, holdowns, and drift loads included, not just the framing plan.
Floors
Floor depth, spacing, and deflection checked against the plans and your plant's criteria.
What you get back
Two things: a short summary of every finding, ordered by severity, and a marked-up layout PDF with the same findings numbered and circled where they happen — so your designer goes straight to each spot. This is a fictional sample:
All we need from you
Just the documents — nothing else:
- The plan set (architectural + structural, PDF)
- Your truss layout (PDF)
- The truss profiles (PDF)
- Your job code and the project ZIP or county — for the snow-load check — plus whether the package is a QUOTE or an ORDER
No account, no installation, no access to your systems. You send documents; you receive a review.
What you never have to send
- Your customer's name — use your internal job code instead. That is all we need to track the job.
- The exact street address — a ZIP code or county is enough for the snow-load check.
- Prices or costs — if you share your connector inventory, we only need model and allowable loads. Leave the price columns out.
- Your full standards manual — only the pages with the criteria that apply to truss review.
Files are used only to run your review. They are never shared and never used to train AI models, and they are deleted automatically 30 days after delivery. Full details: How we handle your files.

Includes the full rulebook, an install guide, a plant configuration template, a sample review, and the free-use license. A qualified designer must verify every finding before changing or releasing a design. Tip: run it on a paid AI plan if you have one — free tiers often cap long reviews.
